Bitcoin and Ethereum lift off low opening figures

BTC opened soft at $61,456 on June 11 but rallied to around $63,020 intraday, while ETH climbed from $1,620 to roughly $1,660 — a tentative bid after the early-June lows.

Bitcoin opened at $61,456.17 on Thursday, June 11, down a touch from Wednesday, but rose substantially through the morning to about $63,020 by mid-morning Eastern time. Ethereum opened at $1,620.37 and firmed to roughly $1,660 over the same stretch.

The intraday strength was a tentative sign of stabilization after Bitcoin's slide below $60,000 the previous week — its lowest level since October 2024.

Traders remained wary, however, with the geopolitical backdrop still unresolved and ETF flows yet to turn convincingly positive.
